HI, I'M ZAIA
Before spirituality was trendy and crystals were on Instagram, I had to learn how to use my intuitive gifts in a modern world — with few resources to guide me.
Growing up, I was highly empathic in an emotionally traumatic environment and suppressed my intuitive abilities.
I chased self worth through perfectionism, over-achievement, and people-pleasing. I created a life that looked great on the outside but didn’t match the truth of who I was.
I hit rock bottom when it all manifested in an eating disorder, and my path to healing and awakening began. I learned about energetics, mental reprogramming, generational healing, and manifestation. My intuitive abilities flipped back online. With a vengeance.
Divine intervention led me to begin offering healing sessions on the side while working in finance… which quickly evolved into highly sought after spiritual teaching + intuitive mentorship.
